Stopped on the way home from The Duck last night
to skip some rocks at the
lake...looked up and ...well...a very peaceful night.

Father's day...

I had a good Father's day, my son got me a Ipod shuffle (I think he wants my other Ipod)
and this cool T shirt...:)

Post coffee ride breakfast...

Good ride today, took it kinda easy...tired from yesterday I guess.
This is my normal post ride breakfast...2 pieces of toast,peanut butter,honey, 1 nanner and a cup o coffee....
