Good training ride today!..Hit the hills pretty hard.
Tomorrow's the coffee ride and a short run in the evening....

I've decided to do the "Too Hot to Handle" this year, it's a 15K starting from Winfrey Point, White Rock Lake, Dallas, TX...should be fun...hot...but fun...:)

Helping out a neighbor…

Saturday my neighbor had two trees that split in the recent high winds we’ve been having here in Texas, threatening his house and his fence. He knew I like fires in winter and he told me if I want the wood from the two trees it all mine….SHWEET!….free fire wood!
All though it WAS a lotta freakin work cutting and splitting it all...Ryan helped out quite a bit...:)

Great traning weekend....

I had a great training weekend this past weekend. I was able to get 12 miles in on my running and 50 on the bike…..the combination on the running and cycling is going surprisingly well, I have no knee or joint pain of any kind and, so far, what seems to be an over abundance of energy….so THAT’S cool…J
