I finished My fixed gear! I learned a lot about building bikes and wanna do it again!

MY FIXIE PROJECT!!!

Yippee! This is gonna be fun! I've always wanted a fixed gear bike (one gear)
so I'm building one from scratch piece by piece. They are a LOT cheaper cause you don't have all the gears, brakes, cables, derailleur's , etc.....I'll update with pics as the project progresses...

Spent all day gettn the maters in this Sunday...gonna have a huge crop this year, planted 20 plants!

Wed Distance/Speed building rides are starting up next week in Allen!!....Can't wait!

SUPER BOWL RIDE
Had the annual super bowl rid from Grapevine , TX. to Downtown Dallas yesterday....a beautiful day to ride with 100s of your closest friends, I actually got a little sun burn on my face....

Rode a lot this weekend!....felt great! I thought I'd feel like crap but I just have to work a little
on getting my riding legs back and it will be allllll good....:)
can't wait for summer!

Ok....had my winter break, took 3 weeks off the bike, chilled for a while, now it's time to hit the bike hard!....starting this weekend....gotta burn off the turkey day and Christmas weight...:)

In between taking my Mom on shopping sprees to find the best deals in Texas while she's here foe Christmas, I'm spending most of my time off either in front of this or in the kitchen cooking
for the Family, Nana & Ryan are gonna make cookies for the neighbors this morning....and yes....I'm taking a break from training.... I'm going to TRY to do nothing for a whole week!!...:)
